Social events are included in the conference fee; you will be provided with special cards for Wednesday programme at the registration.

Sunday, 10 July 2011

16:00 - 19:00: Registration with welcome on-site reception

Participants of the conference will be registered and equipped with the conference materials. Refreshments will be provided during the registration time, an occasion for having friendly talks with other guests of the Conducting Polymers Conference.

Monday, 11 July and Tuesday, 12 July 2011

17:30 - 19:30: Refreshments will be provided during the poster sessions together with the famous Czech beer Pilsner Urquell.

15:00 - 16:30: The Prague Old Town Hall visit

Guided visit of the Old Town Hall will start at 15:00, 15:10 and 15:20 (see your ticket) include historical rooms and a beautiful view from the Old Town Hall tower (beneficial for both spiritual and physical condition, although still with a manageable number of stairs). Transport to the Old Town Hall will not be provided, please use the public transport. Free tickets for acompanying persons can be obtained at the registration desk.

Walk in the city: The organizers will provide several recommendations about where to walk, together with a clear map. For those who prefer to observe the street life quietly, there is a sufficient number of cafes and pubs.

18:30 - 22:00: Banquet dinner in the Prague Municipal House ("Obecní dům").

The Municipal House, a national cultural landmark, is among the most significant Art Nouveau buildings in Prague. It is located in the very centre of Prague, directly neighbouring the Powder Gate. We hope that you would enjoy the impressive building, the meals and beverages, Czech and Moravian wine tasting, live music with a touch of Czech folklore, and a friendly atmosphere.

Accompanying persons could pay for the Wednesday evening programme in the Prague Municipal House at the registration desk.
