Conference venue

Registration and all lectures take place at the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry.

Conference presentations

Language

The official language of the conference is English.

Presentations

The Conference presentations will consist of plenary lectures, keynote lectures and oral communications. There will be two poster sessions.

Plenary lectures

are 45 minutes long, including discussion.

Keynote lectures

are 30 minutes long, including discussion.

Oral communications

are 15 minutes long, including discussion.

Posters

Area for mounting a poster: 200 cm high and 100 cm wide. Recommended poster size is A0 portrait.

Posters Printing Service

We can print your poster in the appropriate format, so as not have to travel with the poster's tube.

Those interested should upload the file in PDF format through the registration form (Lecture/Poster section) by 9 August 2025.

The printed posters will be given to participants at the registration desk at the Conference venue.

The cost of a poster printed in a high definition is 30 EUR and should be paid together with the registration fee or separately via the on-line registration system.

Presentations - technical aspects

Data-Video-Projector (XGA) connected to a local computer (running on Windows operating system) will be available for MS PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt) and Adobe Acrobat (full screen formatted .pdf).

For other facilities, we advise to contact the organizers. The local computer is available, using own computers is highly exceptional and please inform about such requirement in advance.

We recommend uploading your presentation at least one day before the lecture is scheduled, so as to have time for a proof.

The technical staff will be ready to help you to solve possible problems.


Travel information

Visa Information

It is the responsibility of the designated presenting authors to determine their visa requirements to enter the Czech Republic. Registration fees will NOT be refunded due to inability to obtain a visa.

Transport in Prague

The nearest bus/tram stop to the Conference venue is "Sídliště Petřiny", the nearest Metro station is "Petřiny". You can find your connection on http://dpp.cz/.

Tickets are sold at the airport, railway, and metro stations, yellow ticket machines, newspaper stands, hotel reception desks, etc. Inside the trams and most of buses, tickets can be purchased using a contactless payment card (see https://pid.cz/en/ticket-sale-places/).
