Aims & Scope

“Career in Polymers”

• is a workshop for young scientists and PhD students at the start of their professional career. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with other young scientists, discuss their research, and receive valuable feedback.
• covers all aspects of polymer science – chemistry, physics, characterization and applications of polymers (organic, inorganic, hybrid or composite materials) and related topics.
• is organised by the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, Czech Academy of Sciences. It is a satellite meeting of the Prague Meetings on Macromolecules (PMM). It also serves as a final meeting of the UNESCO/IUPAC Postgraduate Course in Polymer Science.

We kindly invite PhD students and young researchers with a polymer background from both industry and academia to participate in this two-day event. The best presentation will be awarded.
