The registration fee includes a welcome refreshment, conference materials, lunches from Tuesday to Friday, coffee-breaks and poster sessions refreshment, a social programme with a conference dinner on Thursday afternoon, and a farewell snack.
Accompanying Persons
120 EUR includes social programme with conference dinner on Thursday - possible to pay (in cash only) at the registration desk on site upon arrival.

Abstract
- Sample and template of abstract: abstract.docx. The use of this template is mandatory, abstract should not exceed one page.
- Abstracts will be printed in the A5 size, therefore the use of smaller font sizes than in the template should be avoided.
- Abstracts are supposed to be uploaded during registration.
