Language

The official language of the meeting is English.

Presentations

Each presentation should fit its time frame including discussion.

Data-Video-Projector (XGA) connected to a local computer (running on Windows operating system) will be available for MS PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt) and Adobe Acrobat (full screen formatted .pdf).

Posters

Area for mounting a poster: 200 cm high and 100 cm wide.

Transport

Transfer from the Prague Airport - bus No 191 to Sídliště Petřiny (request stop). The bus stop is situated in front of the institute.
